Terms and Conditions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: 

As used herein, "Client, "Participant" and "Registrant" refers to the person who has registered for any event and/or class advertised on this website (www.ardenagojani.com). "The Company", "Organiser", "Representative" and "Agent" refers to: the organising company, ArGo Dance & Fitness, owners, employees, agents and representatives. The "Semester, "Class" or "Event" refers to classes and events organised by The Company. The "Premises" refers to: (i) the associated venue; (ii) the owner of the premises and employees; (iii) affiliates and contractors of the owner of the premises, and their respective employees. "Course fees", "Event fees" and "Semester fees" refer to the fees to be paid to The Company by the Client upon registration for any Classes/Events. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. 

Payment of fees

  • Payment for semester classes is charged before the start of the 6 week course!

Late and owed payment

  • If course fees are owed to The Company for any Class or Event, the Client will not be admitted to any class or event organised by The Company until it has been paid in full.

  • The Company reserves the right at any time during the semester to ask the Client to leave a class if any fees remain outstanding.

  • The Registrant will receive written notice if payment has not been received in accordance with these terms and conditions, sent to the email provided during registration. The Registrant has 3 days from the time the email is sent to complete payment or can be faced with a late payment fee that will be charged at The Company's discretion.

  • The Company reserves the right to charge or waive late payment fees in accordance to the above.

Cancellations and refunds

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel classes and events if there are less than 10 participants or in the event of a severe gender imbalance that potentially affects proper instruction during the class or event. There will be a full refund of payment made by all Clients. Emails will be sent regarding this process.

  • In the event of a cancellation by The Company and no reason is given, 100 % of the fee will be refunded. Emails will be sent regarding this process.

  • If a class or event is cancelled due to illness of the teacher, a health epidemic or any other seen or unforeseen event, The Company will endeavour to reschedule the class or event. This may be on a different day and/or time from when the class or event was originally scheduled, and might involve an extension to the term time dates. No refunds will be given unless rescheduling cannot occur.

  • If the Client cancels their registration

    • no refunds will be given

      • transfers to another fellow dancers are allowed.

    • If  the Client is absent from class for four or more consecutive weeks and has a valid medical certificate, a partial refund of the fees may be granted upon notification to The Company, at the discretion of The Company's Representatives. The medical certificate must be valid for the entire duration of absence and be provided within one month of the last day of absence for the application of a refund.


  • The issuing of any and all discounts are made at the discretion of The Company and its Representatives.

  • Not all classes and events will have discounts, and the decision made by The Company is non-negotiable.

  • Dancers of age 18 and under may apply to The Company to request for a "Junior Discount".

  • Retrospective discounting is strictly disallowed, e.g. if an invoice or demand for payment has already been issued or if course fees have been paid prior to the request for discount.


  • Physical contact is a part of dance and instruction, and may be necessary by members of the teaching faculty hired by The Company.  If Participants have any concerns regarding this matter please contact The Company.

  • Publication 
    Anyone who does NOT want their name or picture published on our website or Facebook account can notify this to

Etiquette & Conduct

  • In group classes, as part of the learning process of connection, it is beneficial for Participants to rotate dance partners.  However, Registrants who come as a couple are allowed to refuse partner rotation.

  • Due to the close proximity of Participants during classes, personal hygiene is essential and The Company strongly encourages the use of body deodorants, breath mints and extra clothing by Participants.

  • Recording during class/event is strictly prohibited, unless permission is given by the instructor or a Representative.

  • Asking instructors private dance questions during social dance events is not appropriate. All questions should be asked during class or small breaks between classes. Alternatively, booking private lessons with the instructor will afford Participants an appropriate time and location for the question to be answered.

Injury and Property damage

  • The Company is not liable for any and all bodily injury, property damage or other claims, regardless of severity, arising from or in the connection with my participation in the classes/events, including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent. 

Changes to the terms and conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, but must provide one month's advance notice to all Clients.

Agreement to the terms and conditions

  • The Client agrees to the above terms and conditions upon registration for classes and/or events organised by The Company.
